Obtaining a Serial Number for Activation

Hi,
I installed ISLE and it require the "Serial Number for Activation", in the only mail I received there is only the uid and pwd, no Serial, someone knows when the Serial Number will be send ?

Hi,

The serial key was sent through private message on 02-20-2012.
