Not able to install software installshield2015 on Windows Server 2019

Hi Team, 

We are using licensed Install Shield 2015, we recently upgraded our server from Windows Server 2012 to Windows Server 2019.

Previously we were using install shield successfully on Windows server 2012, however post server upgrade to Windows Server 2019, we are not able to use Install Shield.

After upgrade - There was an error install shield is corrupted, so we reinstall the install shield and post installing when we tried to launch the desktop app, it is not loading anything & it gives the attached screenshot error in windows event view

Please help how to successfully install & use install shield.

The release notes for Installshield 2015 show that the latest Windows Server version it supported was "Windows Server 2012 R2"

As it was released before Server 2019 there is no official support.

The failing file is TSConfig.exe which is responsible for the licensing of Installshield so its possible that this is not compatible on this OS.

If you have a maintenance plan then you can use it to upgrade to the latest version of Installshield at no extra cost - this is fully supported on Server 2019 and should solve this issue.
