Currently we are using IS 2008 to install our web application. I havent had any major issues untill now, it appears that when a particular client installs on their web server or desktop box only two of the folders are being installed. This strikes me as odd as these two folders contain .dll's and .exe's. Does anyone know what might be preventing the install from copying all files. Currently the user is an admin on the server and his machine. When I install here on my box or a server it works fine.
