Non-advertised startup shortcut issues VS advertised startup shortcut issues

I noticed that creating a non-advertised shortcut within the startup menu does not startup the linked application upon reboot-login.

Creating an advertised shortcut does the job fine BUT I was experimenting with these setting to fix this complaint from our EQAP department (and I seem not the only one ;-):

Someone any idea in which way I can have of both worlds: showing the application name and vendor name correctly within the startup app list AND by starting up correctly upon reboot-login?

Could it have something to do with the requirements of the application you launch?
