No Activation Key

I registered and downloaded InstallShield Limited Edition for VS2010 on Monday 5th March and received an email giving me a username and password to access this forum but have not received an Activation Key which means I can't build an Installation Project. Any ideas as to why the Activation Key hasn't been sent/arrived?
