Need to return to Choose Setup Language dialog screen


My question is relating the Choose Setup Language dialog screen above.

Is there a way to go back to this screen once you've click the Next button?

I need to be able to go back and choose a different language if I mistakenly chose an incorrect one.

Any tips/ideas are appreciated.

I believe not; strings and such are loaded once the decision is made, so I gather an end user would need to start over to select a new UI language...

Is there then a way to obtain the .rul file for the Language dialog so that I can customize it?

Alas, I gather that's handled by the InstallScript setup.exe, so there's no .rul file; setup.exe understands a /L switch, so perhaps you could mock it up, but...
