Need to provide Read&Execute permissions for Authenticated Users

Hi Team,

I need to provide Read&Execute permission for a file for 'Authenticated Users'

Can someone please help me how to achieve this?

I am beginner. I already gave permissions by right clicking on the file -> properties

This is working fine in windows servers. But in windows 10 it is not working.

in windows10 Authenticated Users are able to modify the file.
