Have a Basic project with a few prerequisites one being .NET 3.5 SP1. I created a prerequisite for Reader XI. The build is a setup.exe set to NOT to extract from setup.exe; it is set to Follow Individual Selections. The msi is set as uncompressed. The problem is that .NET is not getting copied to the ISSetupPrerequisites folder but rather getting built into the setup.exe. Reader is located in ISSetupPrerequisites. Funny thing is that yesterday .NET was being copied to ISSetupPrerequisites but now it is not. The only thing that was done since then was some dialog modifications. So, how can I get .NET to once again be copied to ISSetupPrerequisites?
