There are standalone downloads from Microsoft that could be incorporated into your own prerequisite file. It is not necessary for you to get your prerequisite file from Flexera. Just download the source file, create a new prerequisite file that references the downloaded file, and then add the appropriate command line and return codes. In most cases the conditions, command line and other settings will be very much like the 4.5.0 release, so you could edit this one and save it as a new file.
