.NET 4 Support

Hello,
I read in the 2010 Express datasheet that there is visual studio 2010 and .NEt 4 support availible, but I still haven't seen merge moduls or updates that enables my Installshield to handle .NET 4 Projects.

Can anyone tell me how to get Installshield 2010 Express .NEt 4 ready?
