.NET 2.0 prerequisite - which one to use?
Hi,
Working with IS2008, I need to set .NET 2.0 as a prerequisite, but in 'Redistributables' list, I have two .NET 2.0 component
- Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 (IA64)
- Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 (x64)
Which one should I check for my project? I actually expected a generic one but there isn't one in the list.
Our product targets on Windows platforms (2000/XP/Vista/2007).
Thanks,
PB

If you're targeting 32-bit platforms, you'll need to add support for the 32-bit version of the .NET Framework 2.0 through the Releases view. For more information, see Adding .NET Framework Redistributables to Projects.

You have to manually create a pre-requisite for .net for 32 bit system.
