Multi Project

I have a problem with Multi project on installshield.

I have two Project : P1 and P2
P1 and P2 have own Folder. Two project use the same MSM name but not the same msm Directory.

My problem is, i build in first time the P1 and my msm is linked with the P1 MSM Directory.
If i will build in second time P2. The MSM directory is linked with the P1 MSM Directory. And it is false.
The MSM have the same name but not the same MSM.

Have you solution for this case ??
