Move custom dialog in sequence

Hi All,

I have Basic MSI project. I created new custom dialog. During creation wizard I put my dialog in SetupInitialization action. But it does not shown. I want to move the dialog in InstallWelcome action. How can I do that?

Move Up/Move Down are disabled.

I also have other dialogs inside InstallWelcome action. How can I reorder them?

I want display condition on my dialog. It should be the first dialog after use presses first "Next" on Install Welcome. Depending on condition, dialog is shown or skipped. I entere condition during dialog creation. How can I change it? Where is it?
