Minor upgrade doesn't display a confirmation question message.

Hi,

I using InstallShield 2009 Prof. I am performing a minor upgrade of Basic MSI project. But it is not showing me upgrade confirmation message 'This setup will perform an upgrade of [Product name]. Do you want to continue?'. I have other project where it works fine and showing that confirmation message.

What should be there causing this problem?

I appreciate your help and inputs.
