Migrating from IS-X Basic MSI to IS-11.5 UIP
I just installed my new Installshield Multiplatform 11.5 Premier.
The product is achieved as an upgrade to my Installshield X Premier.
To get started I opened/converted one of my existing Basic MSI projects.
How can I use my "old" IS-X merge modules (third party). I cannot see any menus regarding redistibutables og redistibutable download?
I also want my project to install .NET Framework 2 and SQL-Server 2005 Express. How is that done? Is there no release wizard ?
I hoped this upgrade was (more or less) compatible with my old projects?
Am I missing something?

If you want to continue to build MSI packages, consume merge modules, and use the newest MSI technology (and the same ISM project file), you might use the InstallShield Windows version instead of InstallShield MultiPlatform...
