Merging Modules issue

A build job is unable to successfully run because of the following errors,

 

[exec] ISDEV : error -4075: File not found. An error occurred merging Module 'Microsoft_VC100_ATL_x86.1DEE2A86_2F57_3629_8107_A71DBB4DBED2:0' for Feature 'XXX_XXXX_Files'.

Hi - We have a Knowledge Base article for this specific build error. 
The Summary of which is that the Merge Modules you have included in your project are not in the location that Installshield is looking for them.
This may have happened if you have upgraded your project to a newer Installshield Version which does not contain them.
