Merge Module not getting installed in INSTALLDIR

Hi,

My basic MSI project developed in IS 2009 has some merge modules. I had set the destination of these merge modules to INSTALLDIR. But the merge module files are not getting installed in the INSTALLDIR. Any ideas?

P.S. I am checking for the files after Install/Copy Files sequence and not after complete installation. Do I need to change order of merge module installation.

How did you set the merge modules' destinations to [INSTALLDIR]? How are you "checking for the files after Install/Copy Files sequence"?

Creating an MSI log file should help you sort out where files are going...

I modified the destination by right clicking on that merge module and selecting the installation directory to INSTALLDIR from the dropdown. And I am checking for the existence of the merge module files after the copy files step by browsing to the installation directory.
