Manage CE files via automation?

I have not discovered a method to access the items in the ISCEFile table using the automation object. I expected to see the files using Feature -> Component but alas, no joy. Can I read the rows in this table via automation?

If nothing else, you could use MSI Automation to read the table (assuming the .ism project file is in binary format) as described in this ancient newsletter tip (PDF warning): http://www.acresso.com/webdocuments/PDF/DEVtip.pdf.

Thank you. I'm using XML to ease revision comparisons (slightly :rolleyes: ) in version control. I've considered reading the table directly, just wondering if there was support via automation for it.

I don't see anything offhand, so parsing that part of the XML .ism file might be the best bet.
