MSBuild task license error using TFS
I'm trying to integrate InstallShield 2010 into our Team Build process in TFS 2010, and have it just about working, but seem to have one final hurdle.
I've installed and activated InstallShield 2010 Professional on our build machine, and I'm using an MSBuild task to build the installer.
If I log in to the build machine I can call MSBuild from the command line to execute the build task, which succeeds, but when I queue a new build via TFS the MSBuild task fails with the following error:
"error : -7159: The product license has expired or has not yet been initialized. You must launch the IDE to configure the product license in order to proceed."
Is there any sort of limitation of using MSBuild with InstallShield 2010 Professional in this scenario? Or is there something I can do to get around this?
Thanks for any help in advance!
John

Hi John,
Did you get anywhere with this? I'm having a very similar problem (but using InstallShield LE) - see http://community.flexerasoftware.com/showthread.php?t=195815
Cheers,
David.
