Launch MSI Error Msg is corrupt (ALL BOXES)

Double-click the msi package, an error message pops up. This used to be a localized error message stating you cannot launch the installer directly from the msi. Now it is just boxes in 2010.

Ah, only happens when "Build UTF-8 Database" is checked (flagged on) in the Release Settings it seems.

All boxes often means the font isn't available on your target system, but I haven't seen this as a problem since e.g. Windows XP without East Asian language support.
