Language of 'Choose Setup Language' dialog

I do have a multilingual InstallScript project done with InstallShield 2008.

What determines the language in which this 'Choose Setup Language' dialog does appear when starting the installation?

On some PCs, I do get this dialog in french, on others in german.

Thanks for any input.

It works according to the OS language. The deafult language will be the OS language, in which the OS is installed.
