Kill the background process
Hi All,
After my product is installed, a console utility runs in the background. Because of this, when uninstall the product, this utility can't be uninstalled. I want to solve this problem with InstallScript: firstly I find out the utility process, then kill it. Does anybody know what function is available for doing these two things?

You can find some good sample code at installsite.org.
'List and Shut Down Running Applications'
