Keeps reinstalling on shortcut

I have a few files, that after install need to be removed. once they are removed, running the shortcut runs the repair and reinstalls these files. is there any way to tell it not to?

Hello,

Could you please specify the type of files that are showing this behavior.Is it an .exe or .dll type of files?
