Issue in using Operating Systems property of Components

Hi All,
I have created an InstallScript (.ism) project using Install Shield 2008.
I am creating a Component with 3 custom DLL's and trying to deploy them ONLY on specific Operating Systems which are selected using Operating Systems property of Components.

But it's NOT deploying the DLL's in any of the selected or unselected Operating Systems.

Help please.

I tried this in a sample InstallScript project and the OS conditions seem to work (condition of Windows NT 4.0 did not install on Vista, change to condition of NT 4.0 or Vista, the component now installs when running on Vista). Have you changed anything else in the project, like the setup script? If so, can you try using a default setup.rul and see if the issue still occurs?
