Is there an Isscript*msi file in IS 2012?

I am converting a 10.5 installscript installer to IS 2012. For the time being I am just trying to get it to run, later I will look at modernizing it. This installer has a line in that does a launchappandwait of msiexec ISScript1050.msi. Is there a 2012 version of this file?

InstallShield 11.5 was the last version to have this; we stopped providing them in InstallShield 12. (Thus it's not in InstallShield 2008 or later.)
