I was wondering the same thing. I posted a question over a week ago with no response. And like it was already said most questions don't have any responses.

What is even more frustrating is that I bought Installshield Express 2008 in Oct 2007 which is about 4 months ago. I have built a half a dozen projects with it without problem. Now that I have an issue no one will talk to me. Support says my support is expired? The KB is old and doesn't cover the latest versions. WHAT IS GOING ON at Macrovision?

I agree with Jeff, the knowledge base is old. Apparently they do not want to spend time on 2008 Express because it's not a profit maker.
