Installshield express 2015 patches and updates

I had to reinstall InstallShield express 2015 on to a new machine with windows 11

For Systems Running InstallShield Express Edition (revenera.com)

InstallShield Express Edition runs on the latest versions of these operating systems, fully updated with the most recent patches and service packs.

When I try to update I get a message that the Flexnet servers are not available.

Any insight on where to get them is appreciated

Hi - The link that you provided is for Installshield 2024 and is not applicable to IS 2015

Installshield 2015 was not designed to run on Windows 11 as it was released before W11 was available.
The correct system requirements for Installshield Express 2015 can be found here:
