Installshield command line to pass a license information

Hello Team,

Kindly provide me a solution(command) to pass a license information in command line for installshiled 2012.

I used the below command but its not working. 

IsCmdBld.exe /s /v"LICENSETYPE=2 SERVERNAME=myserver PORTNUMBER=1234 /qn"
