Installshield -I have the 16 digit serial number - where do I download the software?
We are trying to MOVE Installshield 2018 R2 from an inhouse PC to a developer's Laptop for mobility in this working from home age. I have "returned the license" and now want to install the software. I cannot find where to get Installshield 2018 R2 installer. I also do not know what email address was used when this product was registered, therefore I cannot get into the original account.
