He have a perpetual license for Installshield 2012 we use for a legacy product. We recently wanted to move it to a new machine. Went to return the license on the machine, failed online. Sent the email as instructed, no response. Found the site https://flexerasoftware.flexnetoperations.com/control/inst/offlineActivation, but that also failed. Contacted support, were told to subscribe to Installshield 2023 for $4,498 a year! It now won't let us use the software on the original machine, or move it to a new one.
Really, is this how you treat customers Flexera!? Is this even legal?
You really expect us to spend four and a half thousand dollars when you treat customers with utter contempt! We will never spend a cent with Flexera again, whatever it costs us.
