Installing as a Restricted user
Is there a way to get around installing application files to C:\Program files as a restricted user? I was going to write a C# application which would check the installed version against a version of an MSI and run the MSI if needed. At times the user may be a restricted user. Is there any way around this or not?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for any help.
Tim.

Re: Installing as a Restricted user
If you haven't yet, please see the MSI help topic "Installing a Package with Elevated Privileges for a Non-Admin"...
