We recently upgraded from InstallShield 2015 to InstallShield 2020 R2. An install script that worked fine in 2015 now says it will be ignoring the custom actions. The explanation for this error (-9018) says this happens when converting a Windows Installer package to a Citrix profile. Is this something that happens automatically in 2020 R2? One of the resolutions says to attempt to launch the converted package on Citrix XenApp, but we don't know what that is. Is there a way to force it to stay as a Windows Installer?
