Installed (non-default) website does not register as an Application
I have a website project that installs fine under "Default Web Site", but we are moving away from using the IIS default, so I've stopped "Default Web Site" and created a new "Web Site". I've altered the project to install to this new location, and everything works fine except for actually making it an "Application". I can do manually, with "Convert to Application", but nothing I do seems to work from InstallShield itself.
