Installation exits

Can anyone provide any information on the following message?

"WARNING: Default charset Cp1251 not supported, using ISO-8859-1 instead"

One of my users is recieving the message....

Any thoughts, suggestions would be appreciated....

Try using bundled jvm 1.5

Okay, I can I have my user try that. Is there a particular reason why this may fix the issue?
