InstallShiled adds CR/LF to binary files

Hi,
We are generating the setup files for AIX and the output file is like setupaix.bin.
I keep seeing ^M characters in the file (i.e the file is being generated in DOS format)
running dos2unix on the file corrupts the file.
Is there a way to tell the InstallShield not to generate the binary files in DOS format?

When you add files to your components, there is an option on the General tab for the 'File type:' it defaults to 'Automatically detect file type' but you can change it to binary as not to add the CRLF!
