InstallShield2009 Professional Edition

Hi,
We are using Installshield 2009 Professional English version. Following are our queries

1) Can we create the installer both in english and japanese using the above mentioned product?

2) With the latest version of installshield can we create the installer both in english and japanese using the above mentioned product?

No, you would need to upgrade to the Premier edition. The Professional edition does not have support for more than one language.
