Currently I have AdminStudio 2019 R2 installed. Before that it was reinstalled several times.
When I launch InstallShield 2019, the activation wizard appears, I enter my license, activation finished successfully and nothing - isdev.exe just terminated without any error message. The same happens on every launch.
The AdminStudio 2019 launches Ok, and I can see my license in the About menu. However I cannot Return License because of "maximum number of returns is reached" error.
