InstallShield support Vietnamese language?

Dear all,

Does InstallShield 2011 support Vietnamese?

Could anyone show me tutorial about using Vietnamese in InstallShield project?

In the InstallShield 2011 Premier edition, you can create new project, Installation Designer -> Installation Information -> General Information view, select Vietnamese in the Setup Languages property.

According to InstallShield: Features, Vietnamese isn't one of the languages supported.
