InstallShield license agreement text not showing

Hi,

I am using a InstallShield 2011 professional Basic MSI project. I set the file name for my license agreement file and in the dialog editor the license file shows up in my License Agreement Dialog. But, when I run the install the License Agreement text box is blank where the agreement text should be.

Please suggest.

Sometimes this is due to limitations in the run-time RTF control. That can generally be fixed by loading and saving the .rtf file in WordPad.

Hi Michael,

I tried by loading and saving the .rtf file in Word Pad as suggested by you but still it is not showing the agreement data in license agreement text box. Please suggest what else I can do to get this working?
