InstallShield and validate installer?

Hi Im both new on the forum and pretty new to InstallShield.. used it a few years ago just for testing.. now Im useing Clickteams Install Creator Pro but looking at momet at the InstallSheild new version.. and I found a installer which has this validate and order check.

If this is possible (I know it is) but if its possible pretty easy but I dont need to check the order.. just to validate and check the installers serial instead of order ID. can it be done easy and for a none computer programmer??

I compare InstallShield to Setup Factory 7, so will se what program I will use.. but need some answer/information before I can made the big des. here.
