InstallShield Scripts Projects

i m creating a install scripts project but at the time of buiding it gives this error "An unexpected win32 exception occured in isdev.exe". plz give me some solution of the error.

Please ensure you have installed Service Pack 2 for InstallShield 2009.

my system have windosXP Service pack 2. And i have install shield 2009 premier edition. plz reply
