InstallShield Product Activation

Hello,

Last week I cloned my hardisk to a SSD and now the cloned InstallShield is asking to be reactivated through the following screen:

After choosing Activate I am asked to send an email to offlineactivations@installshield.com which I did, but I have not received any response.

Can someone please help me and I am urgently awiting your response.
