Yes i've find a solution with a sniffer software; try this url:
the "ID" was generate by Installshield

For find the complete URL run Ethereal after click on update on ISMP
( http://www.ethereal.com/distribution/win32/ethereal-setup-0.99.0.exe )
click right "Folow TCP Stream".

You have to watch the temp directory for your system. I found a jar file right there, but i can't install this patch.
