InstallShield Multiplatform 11.51 Hotfix1 is not installing.

I have installed InstallShield Multiplatform 11.5 SP1 and when i want to install this critical Hotfix1 a message like "you don't have InstallShield Multiplatform installed" appear.How i resolve this?

Where did you find this hotfix 11.51? I am not able to run the Check Update...
