InstallShield MultiPlatfrom and Intel Mac?!

We're using InstallShield Multiplatform 5.0. It has some Mac specific jni library. It works on Macs with PowerPC processor, but it cannot run on Macs with Intel processors. (The PowerPC emulation layer doesn't supports Java 1.4 or later.)

Does InstallShield Multiplatfrom supports Mac with Intel processors?!

I had the same problem. I added Generic Unix platform support to installer and it works now even on Intel machine (somehow ).

We used the Generic UNIX as well on the Intel Mac. Wish there was a better option though. Its great on the "regular" Mac with the Mac OS X App Bundle. One nice package (that has our icon on it). The .sh business for Intel Mac turned people off immediately.
