InstallShield LE Fails to activate

1. Filled out required download form
2. downloaded the installation file
3. Installed InstallShield LE
4. received Activation Code
5. Attempted to build first project
6. Got the product registration page
7. pushed "Register my product on line"
8. got "Error 20661 - The serial number you purchased requires product registration prior to serial number activation.
btn [Register my product online], btn [Product registration complete]

Once registered, your serial number may not be immediately available for activation. Please allow a few minutes before retrying to activation process"

Now in infinite loop, can't register, keeps going back to the 'download' page.

NOT a favorable first impression for an application that builds installation projects.

Hello Ed,

Could you kindly run repair of InstallShield Limited Edition from Add or Remove Programs and check if the same behavior persists.

This morning I was able to complete the registration.
Problem: The keys are sent out with "-" characters as seperators between the digits. Removing all of the "-" characters solved the problem.

Seems the web interface should be smart enough to use the key as sent and copy pasted but NOT.
