InstallShield Installation
Can I install InstallShield 2010 on a box that already has InstallShield 2009?

I installed IS2010 onto my machine before removing IS2009 and had no issues with it.
I wanted to make sure there would be no issues with the new IS before completely abandoning the previous version. The only odd thing I noticed was that IS2010 was still using the IS2009 directories for prerequisites, but this is easy enough to change.

Thank you, that is exactly the same scenario I am in. I don't want to abandon 2009 quite yet so running both is a must.
Thanks!
Thanks!

You should safely be able to use both versions of the product on the same machine without issue.
