InstallShield Activation

Unable to receive activation code from Licence.request file. As email delivery to ID offlineactivations@acresso.com is time out/failed
I accidentally clicked "Get Premier" from about dialog of InstallShield and asking for activation again and unable to revert back the changes old one.

Provide me alternate email ID to resolved the issue ASAP.

It solved my problem at last.......
Requesting support team to report issue of incorrect e-mail ID for offline activation which is "offlineactivations@acresso.com".

Correct one is offlineactivations@flexerasoftware.com
