InstallShield 2015 LE will not install on my Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate Version

InstallShield 2015 LE will not install on my Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate Version. I am getting the message that Visual Studio 2010, 2012, 2015 Professional, Premium, or Ultimate is required. I have Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate installed. However still get the message. Is there a service pack required? Is it possible to get a previous version InstallShield LE? I have installed this before on another PC. However I no longer have it and need it on this one. Please help. Thanks.
