InstallShield 2012 Spring SP1 Release Notes typo
On the following page, http://kb.flexerasoftware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&externalId=Q204468, there is a typo that says "Changes in SP1 (November 2011)". Note that November 2011 was before the original release of May 2012.

Oooops. Yes, that's a typo that should say September 2012 for SP1. The KB article is fixed now. Thanks for reporting it.

The link sends me to a blank page. There is a background and no error message, but no information and I cannot find Sp1 to download it.

I just clicked the link and it works for me. I'm using Firefox 22.0. Make sure you click the link, not copy/paste - the displayed value contains ellipses (...).
The KB article containing the patch link is http://kb.flexerasoftware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&externalId=Q204468

If you are using a recent version of Internet Explorer to view the KB article, you would need to make sure that Compatibility View is turned on.
